The hotel had spacious and elegant rooms, perfect for a late evening retreat. The service was professional and the staff couldn't have been politer. The location offers stunning views around the city, despite some noise in the area. The dining experience was amazing with a rich array of options. The facilities were top-notch, providing a great overall experience.

The hotel rooms are highly luxurious, spotless, and offer everything you can imagine for a relaxing stay. The bathroom experience is fancy, but it can get noisy late in the evening. The service is a mix of helpfulness and unprofessional behavior, with some staff members going out of their way to assist, even surprising us with a cake for our daughter's birthday, while others were not up to standard. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Pudong, minutes away from popular attractions and dining options, but occasional disturbances from neighboring guests smoking could be a drawback. The facilities are top-notch, offering a range of services to make the stay convenient and enjoyable.
