The service is a mix of helpfulness and unprofessional behavior, with some staff members going out of their way to assist, even surprising us with a cake for our daughter's birthday, while others were not up to standard. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Pudong, minutes away from popular attractions and dining options, but occasional disturbances from neighboring guests smoking could be a drawback. The facilities are top-notch, offering a range of services to make the stay convenient and enjoyable.
